Impeccable service and well thought out dishes served in a great location combine for an unforgettable meal. The flavors and presentation of the dishes would be in place in NY or LA. However, it was done in a way that was not pretentious and felt authentic for the region.“Exceptional Dinner”, a TripAdvisor Guest, March 2017
We had such a delicious meal in this beautiful and modern restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food & wine is a showcase of local goods. We had tenderloin and beef ribs, and we could not fault either dish – both were cooked to perfection (the beef rib was the best I’ve ever had, cooked for 72 hours!) A must-visit at Revelstoke!“Amazing Food and Restaurant”, TripAdvisor Guest, July 2017
We were lucky enough to stay at the The Explorers Society Hotel while visiting Revelstoke and could not stay away from Quartermaster Eatery. We had dinner here two out of the four nights we were in town. We enjoyed the salmon which was amazing and the Cote de Boeuf which was some of the best prepared beef I have ever had. The atmosphere is sophisticated and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the drinks are wonderful.“Flawless Experience” – a TripAdvisor Guest Review, Aug 2017
The boiler room bar is one of the best and least known new gems in Revelstoke. It’s classy and intimate and has a great selection of scotches and cocktails. Definitely a great date night idea. The history of this building is incredible, and the boiler room bar downstairs is right in the thick of it.“Classiest Joint in Revelstoke” — A TripAdvisor Boiler Room Patron, April 2017
